FAQ
The questions below are managed from CMS → FAQ in the admin dashboard and are also emitted as FAQPage structured data.
Disputes
Open a dispute from the order page and upload evidence. Escrow is frozen, the provider can respond, and an administrator decides between a full refund, a partial refund, a split, or releasing the funds.
Yes, while the item has not been completed. Cancelling returns the escrow slice to your wallet, and an administrator can always intervene from the order screen.
General
When you place an order, the amount for each line item is moved from your wallet into escrow. The provider only gets paid after you confirm the work is done with the DONE button.
No. Anyone can browse services and provider profiles. An account is only required to book, fund escrow or leave a review.
Payments
Card payments through your configured gateway, plus manual bank transfer with a reference that an administrator confirms. Gateways are managed under Admin → Payments.
Immediately after you press DONE: the escrow slice is released, the platform fee and any agent commission are deducted, and the remainder is credited to the provider wallet.
Providers
Register and choose the provider role, add your business profile, services, pricing and availability, then upload a verification document. An administrator approves it before you appear in search.
It is an eight-digit one-time code the provider shares once work has started. Entering it correctly moves the item to In Progress and logs every attempt with a timestamp and IP.
