Refund Policy
Escrow protects both sides. If work is not delivered, a client can open a dispute; an administrator reviews the evidence and may issue a full refund, a partial refund, a split, or release the funds to the provider.
Deposits that have not been used for an order can be refunded on request within 14 days.
